Best Adjustable Base Positions for Side Sleepers
Unlike back sleepers, side sleepers may not enjoy the feeling of elevating their feet. Doing so may even cause discomfort, so proceed with caution.
That said, Greg has found some side-sleepers with hip pain experience relief from elevating their feet just a few degrees. Experiment (gently!) and see what works best for you.
