How much does shipping cost?
Shipping & handling is free for all 48 continental states (yay!). Orders to Alaska & Hawaii will incur a $600 charge.
Please note that orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for the 101-Night Sleep Trial and cannot be returned.
Can I Delay Shipment of my GhostBed Order?
Yes, in most cases our Sleep Experts can accommodate your scheduling needs by delaying your delivery window. Please give us a call at (954) 371-2004 prior to placing your order, and we can go over your options!
If you've already placed your order, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager® and arrange for your package to be held at a FedEx location or request a vacation hold at no extra cost. Fees may apply to other services such as changing your delivery address. Click here to sign up.
What are the dimensions and weight of the box my mattress will be shipped in?
The dimensions and weight of the box will vary, depending on which mattress or product you’re purchasing. On each mattress page, you’ll see a “Prices & Sizing” section with this information.
What's the first step to starting my return?
If you've tried out your GhostBed mattress for at least 30 days and decided it's just not for you, you can start the return process by getting in touch here.
Can I return my GhostBed before I've had it 30 days?
Just like a new pair of shoes, your new mattress needs some time to break in. We ask that you give your GhostBed a solid 30-day try to let your body adjust (it’ll be worth it, we promise!).
Many people find it takes at least two weeks to get used to a new mattress, especially when switching from a traditional innerspring to a foam mattress. Plus, your mattress may need a little time to “break in” and feel right to you. After GhostBed has been in your home for at least 30 days, you can start the quick and easy return process.
What products are covered by the 101-Night Sleep Trial?
The 101-Night Sleep Trial covers our GhostBed mattresses as well as our GhostPillows. All other items are final sale and can not be returned.
What if I want to exchange or upgrade my GhostBed for a new one?
We can help you with that! Get in touch with Customer Service here.
Do I need to keep the box and packaging if I think I might return my GhostBed?
Nope. Once your mattress is out of the box, it can’t fit back in (trust us, we’ve tried). So you don’t need to hang on to your packaging materials.
Is there anything not covered by the 101-Night Sleep Trial?
Yes. Please see more information about which products are covered here. Errors in ordering, sizing issues, finances, cancellations/requests to cancel, and changes in circumstances are also not covered by the 101-Night Sleep Trial, and will void the sleep trial.
Can my return be denied for any reason?
Yes. Here are the cases in which we can’t accept a return of your GhostBed, GhostBed Luxe, or other products. We think you’ll agree they’re pretty reasonable.
- The product is stained, ripped, or otherwise damaged
- Your order has passed the 101-Night Sleep Trial expiration date (which begins the day your order is shipped)
Is there a limit on how many mattresses I can buy & return?
We can accept one mattress return per household and per person.
