Frequently Asked Questions
Will the Adjustable Base Work With My Existing Furniture, Frame or Headboard?
Absolutely! The GhostBed Adjustable Base will fit anywhere that a regular foundation or box spring does, as long as there is a clear opening for the base to drop down into. If you have a frame with slats or storage drawers, for example, you would need to remove those in order for it to fit. Learn more about using a frame with your adjustable here.
How Much Assembly Is Required for the Adjustable Base?
Your adjustable power base will arrive at your door pre-assembled with just a few additional steps required. Simply unbox the folded frame on the floor upside down, slide the locking frame bolts to keep the mechanism in place and then attach the legs and retainer bar. That’s it! If you prefer to adjust the height of the legs, simply twist apart. The legs can be attached to the base using 1, 2 or all 3 parts (12” height total). Watch the setup video here.

What Are the Differences Between All of the GhostBed Mattresses?
All of our mattresses feature the best in sleep technology so you wake up rested, refreshed and ready to take on the day! Your ideal mattress will come down to the features you’re looking for and the feel (or firmness) you prefer. Keep in mind that firmness can be subjective, based on your body type and weight. While all GhostBed mattresses are designed for a balanced feel, some do lean a little softer or a little firmer.
How do I know which GhostBed mattress is right for me?

What Products Are Eligible for the Sleep Trial?
Only GhostBed mattresses can be returned under the terms of the 101-Night Sleep Trial. GhostPillows may be returned at your expense. All other items are sold as FINAL SALE. Any final sale item that is refused, returned or canceled will incur a restocking fee, along with shipping and handling charges deducted from your refund.
Will the GhostProtector Affect the Feel of My Mattress?
Nope! The GhostProtector is made with a soft and supple cotton that moves with you, instead of feeling (and sounding) crunchy, like some other mattress protectors. And with the 2” GhostGrip elastic band, it’ll stay tight on your mattress and never pop off.
Will the GhostProtector Make My Mattress Feel Hot?
Never—the GhostProtector features a moisture-wicking fabric, which allows air to pass through it but not moisture or liquids.
