Where and How Do I Download the Ghost SmartBed App?
To download the app, simply use any personal Android or iOS device to download via the Android or iOS app stores. You and your partner will each have a separate app for controlling your side of the bed.

How Do I Know Which Mode and/or Settings Will be Ideal For Me?
That’s the beauty of a smart mattress! Our smart sleep technology does the thinking for you, so you’ll stay comfortable and cozy, even if you switch positions throughout the night. Or, use Manual mode to play around with the settings until you find the perfect fit. It may take some trial and error at first, but trust us—that’s part of the fun!
What Happens if I Have a Dog or Cat That Sleeps With Me?
Your pet deserves the best sleep of his or her life, too! If you’re worried about the bed making unnecessary adjustments based on their movements, however, you can simply toggle over to Manual mode. If your pet is on the smaller side, lowering the sensitivity level may do the trick as well.
Does the SmartBed Still Function if the Power Goes Out?
If your power goes out, the mattress will lose its ability to adjust until it’s restored. It will stay in the position and firmness setting that you were last in, but it will not deflate, since the air chambers need electricity to open or close. Note: we highly recommend using a surge protector to prevent any damage to the pump’s internal electronics.
Does the Ghost SmartBed Require a WiFi Network?
Nope! With its own WiFi chip, the Ghost SmartBed allows for a direct connection if you prefer not to connect to your home network.
