How do I know if I am approved to be your partner?
If you received an email from us to sign up for the content generation program, you’re in! Simply sign up and receive your free product.
How quickly will I receive my GhostBed product?
Shipping takes 2-5 business days, on average.
How long do I have to make content?
You have 14 days to send us your content. Ideally the UGC you provide us will be 20-40 seconds, but we just want to see engaging content! We will send content creation tips to your email once you order your free product.
How do I send you content?

How do I track my sales?
Once you sign up and create your account, you’ll be able to log in to your Social Snowball dashboard to see your sales.
When and how do I get paid?
Payments will be through Social Snowball, and are processed once the customer passes their 101-Night Sleep Trial window. You'll get paid as long as the customer doesn't make a return. Don't worry: most GhostBed customers (95%) keep their products! Payments will be processed through Social Snowball.
