Only GhostBed mattresses can be returned under the terms of the 101-Night Sleep Trial. GhostPillows may be returned at your expense. All other items are sold as FINAL SALE. Any final sale item that is refused, returned or canceled will incur a restocking fee, along with shipping and handling charges deducted from your refund.

Errors in ordering, sizing issues, financing, cancellations/requests to cancel and changes in circumstances are not part of the sleep trial and will void your refund eligibility.

Our 101-Night Sleep Trial is an awesome perk that we offer for direct website purchases only. While we love Amazon’s speedy delivery just as much as you, orders through Amazon will follow their standard 30-day return policy. If you have questions about your order or initiating a return, please contact Amazon Customer Support.

If you purchased from one of our retail partners, keep in mind that they will each have their own return and trial policies in place!

Returns are simple, easy and hassle-free when you buy directly from GhostBed. Here’s how our Comfort Guarantee works:

• Your return request can be processed after your new GhostBed has been in your home for 30 days.
• After day 30 and BEFORE day 101, if you’re unsatisfied, just let our friendly support team know! Fill out the return request form here and we'll be in touch.
• We’ll work with you to make it right or give you a refund.

Please note if we receive your return request after the end of your trial period, you will not be eligible for a refund. We also need to receive your documentation within 30 days to secure your refund. If your purchase was made using a Groupon or another online voucher program, the trial and guarantee are not valid with your purchase.

If you purchased your GhostBed through Amazon, please make your return request directly through them by following these steps:

3. Select “Return or Replace Item”

Depending on your area, we may be able to help if you're unable to coordinate a donation near you. Some of the charities we frequently work with include Salvation Army, Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity.

Since the mattress is still basically brand-new, it's a perfect candidate for donating. We'd love to keep things local, so we may ask for your help in finding an organization or charity near you. It’s truly a win-win—instead of being destined for a landfill, the mattress goes to someone in need. 

If it's been more than 101 nights, you’re still covered by your warranty. 

Excessive sagging, splits, cracks, tears and other defects that develop from normal use are covered by GhostBed’s industry-leading warranty. Learn more here.

If you’re totally sure you don’t love the comfort of your GhostBed mattress and/or GhostPillow, we’ll work with you to coordinate the return and your refund. (We’re not crying, we swear... must be these onions we’re cutting up.) 

While return & refund policies are never fun to read, here’s what you need to know.

MATTRESSES:

• Promotions and/or discounts will result in an adjusted refund amount
• Non-refundable items in your order, as well as recycling fees, extended warranties and/or White Glove add-on won’t apply to your refund
• If you’re returning the GhostBed Massage Mattress, we’ll send you instructions and a prepaid FedEx label to send the cover and electronics back to us. This is required in order to process your return

PILLOWS:

• Promotions and/or discounts will result in an adjusted refund amount
• Non-refundable items in your order, as well as recycling fees, extended warranties and/or White Glove add-on won’t apply to your refund
• Pillows will need to be shipped back at your expense and will incur a small restocking fee (don’t worry: we’ll share our best tips for keeping the shipping expense small!)
