Only GhostBed mattresses can be returned under the terms of the 101-Night Sleep Trial. GhostPillows may be returned at your expense. All other items are sold as FINAL SALE. Any final sale item that is refused, returned or canceled will incur a restocking fee, along with shipping and handling charges deducted from your refund.

If your GhostBed mattress or pillow doesn’t work out, no hard feelings! We know that finding the perfect mattress or pillow can be super subjective. While other items—like our luxury Adjustable Base or our premium sheets—aren’t eligible for return, there’s good news: they’ll pair perfectly with your next mattress, whether it’s a GhostBed or another brand.
