Yes. We recommend washing in cold water and using the air-dryer setting in the dryer (no heat). 

No—the protector is considered a personal use item and it cannot be returned.

The GhostProtector is excellent at keeping moisture off your mattress, but if you spill something, you should still act quickly! Blot or dry the spill within 30 minutes and you’ll be good to go. 

Remember, your GhostProtector needs you to take good care of it for it to work. Follow the provided care and maintenance instructions to ensure your mattress stays stain-free. That way, you’ll have your protector for years to come, and your warranty will stay valid, too.
