Once you open your GhostBed mattress from the sealed vac-pac packaging, it may take a few hours to a full day for it to fully expand, breathe and adjust to your room’s temperature. You can sleep on it almost immediately. Remember, a new mattress is a big change for your body, so it may take a night or two to get used to it.
Keep in mind, in the colder winter months, the GhostBed may take up to 5 days to fully decompress. If it sat on a cold truck or in a cold warehouse, the temperature-sensitive materials will need plenty of time to take their natural form.
Yes! Your GhostBed comes with an industry leading 20-Year Warranty with proof of purchase from the official GhostBed website or an authorized retailer.
Yes. GhostBed offers every customer a 101-Night Sleep Trial to experience the revolutionary GhostBed mattress in the comfort of your own home. If you don’t get the comfort you need, we’ll take it back and issue you a 100% refund. There is no cost to you whatsoever if you choose to return the Mattress. All we ask is that you give your new mattress a chance for the two of you to get to know each other for a minimum of 30 nights. The Foundation is not refundable. Our sleep trial does not apply to errors in ordering, size issues, finances, etc. Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s 30 day return policy. All return requests for Amazon orders must be made directly through Amazon.
