GHOSTBED SHEET SET 3 YEAR WARRANTY
Our premium sheets are covered by our 3-year limited Warranty against manufacturer’s defects in the construction of the sheet(s) or pillowcase(s). If during the warranty period this product is found to be defective because of defects in materials or workmanship, GhostBed, Inc. will replace with the same product, or a product of equal value as outlined below.
This Limited Warranty Covers:
1.) Manufacturer’s defects in the construction of the sheet(s) or pillowcase(s).
2.) Any physical flaw in the material or workmanship that causes it to split or crack despite normal use and proper use.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear of the material. In addition, this product must be cleaned in accordance with the care and use instructions attached to each sheet. GhostBed will not be liable for the incidental or consequential damages to property other than the product. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Length Of Warranty
During the 3 months of this warranty if a defect is discovered GhostBed, Inc. shall replace the defective product at no cost to the purchaser. If the defect is discovered from the 4th month to the 12th month, GhostBed, Inc. will replace the defective product without cost to the purchaser, however the purchaser will be responsible for any and all shipping costs. If the defect is discovered in the second year the purchaser will be responsible for 25% of the costs of the sheet and any and all shipping costs. If the defect is discovered in the third year the purchaser will be responsible for 50% of the costs of the sheet and any and all shipping costs.
In Order For This Limited Warranty To Be Valid, You Must:
- Register your product with GhostBed (www.GhostBed.com) within 30 days of purchase for this warranty to be valid.
- Be the original consumer or purchaser. Coverage terminates if you are not the original purchaser.
- Have purchased the GhostBed Sheets from an authorized dealer.
- Provide proof of purchase via copy of original store receipt reflecting proof of purchase date, place of purchase and purchase price.
How to File a Claim:
Purchaser must go to GhostBed.com/warranty or contact Customer Service by calling 855-855-4499, or email sales@GhostBed.com within 5 days after the discovery of the defect. The original purchaser will be required to provide the original purchase receipt, claims cannot be processed without it.
