    Moderately easy to assemble, does the job!

    I got the headboard a month after the bed. I strongly recommend putting the part that goes on with the bed legs BEFORE you flip the platform, even if you are not getting the headboard right away. I did that and am sooo glad I only had to flip the platform once. The video on Youtube is adequate instruction for this.

    While it was nice that the wrench was included, I found it to be pretty useless other than to indicate what size I needed. I used a better wrench and a socket wrench and those tools will make things less frustrating. I recommend attaching the brackets that the headboard attaches to more loosely, so that you can adjust the headboard location and such before you tighten everything down. You might also come across some challenges with bolt hole placement on your headboard if you choose to go with more height on your platform. Still, I was able to attach the lovely vintage brass headboard I found adequately, though I might get someone to drill a couple more holes higher up the headboard one of these days for even more stability. As you can see, it looks pretty good if you like the vintage look like I do.

    Nice Brackets

    Headboard brackets for our Split King Adjustable bed worked very well although we did need about 1 more inch of extendability to be 100% perfect. Definitely recommended 👍
